Intro to Slacklining Series:

Interested in Slacklining? It's all about balance! This series will teach you the fundamental techniques needed to find balance on a 1" wide slackline. We will explore a variety of Static yoga poses and flows that will deepen your connection to balance and strengthen your core, while having fun and being silly. We will use these building blocks to approach walking across the line.

Aerial Acrobatics

Intro to Aerial Acrobatics:

Aerial silks is a type of fitness activity (think circus!) in which someone performs aerial acrobatics utilizing a specialized fabric. This is a great physical activity for anyone, guys too!

This series introduces the basic safety techniques and poses of aerial acrobatics. Our goal is to build self esteem, interpersonal skills, strength, flexibility and coordination. Students will also learn how to create expression and style while in the air. Come fly with us!

AcroYoga / Partner Acrobatics

Intro to AcroYoga

Everyone remembers the childhood game of playing "Superman" or "Airplane" on their parents' feet. Let's take that practice to a whole new level.

AcroYoga is a physical practice that combines the arts of yoga and acrobatics. Participants learn how to do both static and dynamic yoga poses with anther person. There are two traditional roles in AcroYoga: a Base and a Flyer. The base is usually standing or laying on the ground and is responsible for supporting the flyers' movements. The flyer uses strength, balance, and technique to execute various yoga-like positions on the base's hands and feet. Join us and learn how to balance on people in a safe and fun environment.
